The ChangeCast Archetype Framework

Our ChangeCast Archetype framework uses change archetypes to help leaders, teams and individuals to navigate through change with greater clarity, effectiveness and resilience. 

Archetypes are like characters that reside within each of us – and they reside within teams and organizations too.  They combine certain traits, talents, tendencies and tasks.  Our ChangeCast Archetypes are based in change success traits from a variety of fields, including resilience theory, organizational theory, change theory and psychology.  Leaders, teams and individuals can all work with these archetypes as powerful guides and allies to progress more productively – and quickly -- along any change journey.
