Who We Are
We are a group of dedicated professionals committed to changing change in today’s organizations. Our aim is to make change work for you by minimizing its disruptive potential and maximizing its transformational power.

Our team combines 55+ years of extensive management experience with deep consulting and change management expertise. Our partners have all served as line executives in Fortune 500 companies, so we know what it takes to make major changes work, both theoretically and practically.
Our diverse backgrounds and capabilities allow us to take an “alchemical” approach to our work. We have proficiency in a variety of technical, industry and functional areas. For example:
- Our technical skills include group processes and dynamics, executive coaching, change management, strategic leadership and visioning, creative thinking and ideation, communication, organizational development, start-ups, and people and large-group leadership
